Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our guests.

1. Cancellations Made 7 Days or More in Advance

If you need to cancel your booking at least 7 days before your scheduled tour, you will receive a 100% refund of the total tour cost. Please note that the booking fee of 1.2% is non-refundable.

2. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled tour start time, you will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost. The booking fee of 1.2% is non-refundable.
 

3. Booking Fee Policy

A non-refundable booking fee of 1.2% is applied to all transactions and will not be returned in the event of a cancellation. This fee covers administrative and processing costs.
